1. Introduction

At Bharat Taxcare, we specialise exclusively in APOB (Additional Place of Business) registration services for various e-commerce and logistics platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Meesho, and others. Our services are fully digital and documentation-based, and we are committed to providing timely, accurate, and professional support.

This Refund Policy has been created to provide full transparency and clarity regarding refund eligibility for our clients.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following specific situations:

  • If the APOB application is rejected three times by the GST department despite submitting correct and complete documents as per our checklist.

  • If Bharat Taxcare fails to file your APOB application within 10 working days from the date of receiving all required and verified documents.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Rejection due to incomplete, incorrect, or falsified documents submitted by the client.

  • Rejection caused by non-cooperation from the client (e.g. not responding to queries, calls, or providing documents after repeated follow-ups).

  • Rejection due to existing GST compliance issues, pending dues, or legal status of the GSTIN (e.g. suspended or cancelled GST numbers).

  • Platform-side delays or issues unrelated to our process (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart rejecting APOB even after approval by GSTN).

  • Changes in government rules, document requirements, or verification processes after submission.

  • Client changes mind or opts out after service initiation.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the process below:

  • Email your refund request to bharattaxcare@gmail.com with the subject line:
    Refund Request – [Your Full Name & Phone Number]

  • Attach the following:

    • GSTIN & ARN/Application details

    • Date of document submission

    • Reason for refund

    • Any proof of issue (email, GST portal screenshot, etc.)

Our support team will verify and respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval.

5. Force Majeure

Bharat Taxcare shall not be liable to process any refund due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Government portal outages or server downtime

  • Cybersecurity breaches

  • Natural disasters or national emergencies

  • Regulatory or legal changes after submission

6. Amendments

This Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website with the effective date mentioned.
