1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and availing services from Bharat Taxcare, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not proceed with using our services.


2. Scope of Services

Bharat Taxcare only provides APOB (Additional Place of Business) registration services for businesses registered under GST in India.
We assist in filing APOB applications with the GST department for platforms such as:

  • Amazon

  • Flipkart

  • Blinkit

  • Zepto

  • Meesho

  • Myntra

  • Other similar e-commerce platforms

We do not offer services related to new GST registration, GST return filing, tax consultation, legal representation, or any other compliance work.

3. User Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid documents as per our checklist.

  • Ensure that your GSTIN is active, compliant, and eligible for APOB registration.

  • Respond to our communication in a timely manner (email, WhatsApp, or phone).

  • Ensure payment is completed in full before processing begins.

  • Understand that delays or rejections caused due to incorrect or incomplete documentation are not the responsibility of Bharat Taxcare
    .

4. Service Timelines

  • Your APOB application will be processed within 7 working days from the date of complete and verified document submission.

  • Any government delays (such as portal downtime or verification lag) are not in our control and do not qualify for a refund.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

While we ensure proper document preparation and submission, the final decision for approval lies with the GST Department.
We do not guarantee the acceptance of your APOB application.

6. Payments & Invoicing

  • All payments must be made in advance before the service begins.

  • Invoices will be shared digitally on your registered email.

  • Our service charges are inclusive of document review, filing, and basic support only.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available on www.refund-policy.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by incorrect documents, government actions, or change of mind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bharat Taxcare shall not be held liable for any loss, penalty, or indirect damages arising from the rejection or delay of your APOB application due to reasons outside our control. This includes:

  • Government policy changes

  • GSTIN status or KYC issues

  • Biometric or physical verification failure

  • Platform-specific rejection (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
